Because a third-party shipper handles our shipping, they will have access to your personal information (name and address)--but only your personal information. Pre-orders
All online orders placed prior to the first shipping day of the season will be charged to your credit card at the time you place your order.

Return/Exchange Policy
If you find a problem with your product, or are not completely satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 7 days and we will refund your money, or ship you a replacement product the next day--whichever you choose. Simply call our customer service department at the number below to receive your refund or exchange.
